We offer three VIP Membership tiers. Each membership is billed monthly on a recurring basis unless cancelled. Benefits apply to future orders only after the membership has been purchased.

Billing & Payment
- Membership fees are billed every 30 days on a recurring basis until cancelled.
- Charges will appear on your statement under 1-844-219-1438.
- Taxes may apply based on your location.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your VIP Membership at any time.
- To prevent additional charges, cancellations should be submitted at least 3 business days before your next billing date so our systems can process your request.
- Once cancelled, you will continue to receive membership benefits through the end of your current billing cycle.
Refund Policy
All memberships come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
- You may request a refund within 30 days of your first membership charge if you are not satisfied.
- Refunds may also be issued in cases of fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
- After the 30-day window, membership fees are non-refundable.
Returns on Retail Purchases
Opened products purchased under a VIP Membership discount are eligible for return, provided only a reasonable amount has been used for testing purposes and it is an initial purchase of the specified product.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days from your order date.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
